These Melbourne chauffeur terms and conditions apply to Melbourne airport transfers, private airport transfers, corporate transfers, private tours, group transfers and event transport provided by PC Home Pty Ltd under the registered business names Limostar Chauffeur Cars and Mei Tour.

Limostar Chauffeur Cars and Mei Tour are registered business names of PC Home Pty Ltd.
Limostar Chauffeur Cars provides pre-booked chauffeur services across Melbourne and surrounding areas, including Melbourne Airport transfers, Avalon Airport transfers, corporate travel, private tours, group transfers and major event transport.
PC Home Pty Ltd provides pre-booked commercial passenger vehicle services in Victoria and is a registered Booking Service Provider (BSP). Vehicles used to provide commercial passenger vehicle services are required to hold CPV registration, and drivers are required to hold a Driver Accreditation Certificate.
Driver, vehicle and Booking Service Provider details can be checked through the CPV Public Register operated by Safe Transport Victoria.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking, requesting a service, accepting a quote, using our website, or travelling with Limostar Chauffeur Cars, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you are making a booking on behalf of another passenger, client, guest, employee or group, you are responsible for ensuring that the passenger or group is aware of the relevant booking terms.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
A booking is only confirmed when Limostar Chauffeur Cars confirms it by email, SMS, phone, booking system message, invoice, written quote acceptance or other written confirmation.
Bookings may include sedan transfers, Mercedes V-Class transfers, Mercedes Sprinter group transfers, airport pickups, point-to-point transfers, hourly hire, private tours and event transport.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, flight number, passenger numbers, luggage requirements, contact details and any special requests.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, additional charges may apply, or we may not be able to complete the service as originally quoted.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the trip details provided at the time of enquiry or booking.
The quoted price may change if the trip details change, including changes to pickup or drop-off location, additional stops, waiting time, route, passenger numbers, luggage requirements, vehicle type, event conditions or service duration.
Limostar Chauffeur Cars does not use rideshare-style surge pricing. However, additional service time, special event conditions, late-night arrangements, public holidays, extra stops, parking, tolls or other reasonable service-related charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quote is for the specific journey or service described in the quote and does not include additional services requested later.
Payment
Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Depending on the booking type, payment may be required before the trip, at the time of service, or by invoice for approved corporate or account customers.
Available payment methods may include bank transfer, card payment, payment link, cash or other payment method confirmed by Limostar Chauffeur Cars.
Card processing fees or surcharges may apply where permitted by law and will be disclosed where applicable.
For larger bookings, group transfers, private tours, event bookings or bookings requiring multiple vehicles, a deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure vehicles and drivers.
Service Standards and Fees
Our Service Standards & Fees provide practical information for Melbourne Airport pickups, Avalon Airport transfers, standard point-to-point transfers, hourly chauffeur hire, private tours, group transfers and event bookings.
Waiting time, airport pickup procedures, additional stops, parking, tolls, hourly hire, overtime, child seat fees, event conditions and other service-related charges may be set out in our Service Standards & Fees.
These service standards form part of the booking terms where they apply to your booking.
If a specific quote, invoice or written booking confirmation includes different service terms, those written terms will apply to that booking.
Changes to Bookings
We will try to accommodate reasonable changes to bookings, subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Changes requested close to the pickup time may not always be possible. Additional charges may apply if the change affects travel time, waiting time, route, vehicle allocation, airport parking, event access, driver schedule or the overall service duration.
Rebooking or rescheduling may be treated as a new booking where the change is substantial or requested at short notice.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of booking, vehicle, distance, time, event conditions and whether special arrangements have been made.
As a general guide, cancellations made with reasonable notice may not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made close to the pickup time may incur a partial or full cancellation fee.
Group transfers, private tours, hourly hire, event bookings, wedding bookings, major event transport and bookings requiring multiple vehicles may have stricter cancellation terms due to vehicle allocation, driver scheduling and lost booking opportunity.
Any cancellation fee is intended to reflect reasonable costs, driver allocation, vehicle preparation, administrative time and lost booking opportunity.
If your quote, invoice or written booking confirmation includes specific cancellation terms, those terms will apply to that booking.
No-Show Policy
A booking may be treated as a no-show if the passenger does not arrive within the included waiting time, cannot be contacted, provides incorrect pickup details, leaves the pickup location without contacting Limostar Chauffeur Cars, or fails to meet the driver at the agreed pickup point.
No-show bookings may be charged in full.
Parking, tolls, waiting time or other costs already incurred may also be charged where applicable.
If you cannot locate your driver, please contact Limostar Chauffeur Cars before leaving the pickup location. Leaving without contacting us may result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to:
- Be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location
- Provide accurate contact and travel details
- Wear seat belts where required
- Follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver
- Treat the driver, vehicle and other passengers respectfully
- Ensure luggage and personal items are suitable for the booked vehicle
- Notify us as early as possible of delays, changes or special requirements
Limostar Chauffeur Cars may refuse or discontinue service if a passenger behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, heavily intoxicated, threatening, or likely to damage the vehicle or affect the safety and comfort of others.
Child Seats
Child seats may be available on request and should be requested at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the child’s age, size and seating requirements so that an appropriate seat can be arranged where available.
Child seat availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Additional fees may apply.
Luggage
Customers must provide accurate luggage details when booking.
Luggage must fit safely within the booked vehicle. If passenger numbers or luggage exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle, the service may be delayed, require a vehicle change, require an additional vehicle, or incur additional charges.
Oversized items, sporting equipment, musical instruments, exhibition materials or large quantities of luggage should be disclosed before booking confirmation.
Vehicles and Drivers
Limostar Chauffeur Cars will allocate a suitable vehicle and driver based on the booking details, passenger numbers, luggage and service requirements.
Specific vehicle models may be requested, but cannot always be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Where operationally necessary, we may provide a similar or higher standard vehicle suitable for the booking.
All services are provided using drivers and vehicles that are intended to meet applicable commercial passenger vehicle requirements in Victoria.
Delays and Circumstances Outside Our Control
Limostar Chauffeur Cars aims to provide reliable and timely service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, flight disruptions, customs or baggage delays, event traffic, police operations, security restrictions, incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should allow suitable travel time, especially for airport transfers, cruise departures, major events, race days, weddings, business meetings and time-sensitive appointments.
Where a valid flight number is provided, we may monitor flight arrival information where possible. Significant flight delays, diversions, cancellations or incorrect flight details may affect driver and vehicle availability.
Cleaning, Damage and Conduct
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any Limostar vehicle.
Food and drinks may only be consumed with care and with the driver’s permission where appropriate.
Cleaning fees, repair costs, loss of service charges or damage charges may apply if a passenger causes damage, spills, soiling, excessive mess or loss of vehicle availability.
The customer who made the booking may be responsible for the conduct of all passengers travelling under that booking.
Lost Property
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
If an item is left in a vehicle, Limostar Chauffeur Cars will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it.
Return delivery, postage, courier costs or driver travel time may incur additional charges.
Liability and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, Limostar Chauffeur Cars is not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, missed flights, missed connections, missed appointments, loss of income, loss of opportunity or costs arising from delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with enquiries, quotes, bookings and services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business systems, operating requirements or legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on this page.
