Can I cancel my transfer for free?
Yes. Free cancellation is available until 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. For later cancellations or changes, contact LimoStar; any charges depend on your confirmed booking terms.
Are transfer prices per vehicle, and what do they include?
Transfer prices are per vehicle, per trip, not per person. Your route, travel time, vehicle and selected extras determine the fare. The booking form shows the price breakdown, including GST, tolls and selected extras such as child seats or a trailer, before you submit. Airport-CBD special fares require an eligible enquiry started through the Spring Promotion page; ordinary booking uses standard pricing.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at Melbourne Airport?
For a standard airport Meet & Greet pickup, your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a passenger name sign. Your confirmed instructions explain the meeting point. Larger Sprinter and group pickups may need a different meeting arrangement. Include your flight number and a reachable mobile number when booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the available flight information and coordinate your airport pickup. Domestic and international arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting. Additional waiting or chauffeur reassignment after that period may cost extra. Keep your phone available and contact LimoStar if you are delayed in the terminal.
What happens after I submit, and when do I pay?
LimoStar checks vehicle availability, passenger and luggage fit, and the final fare, then contacts you to confirm the arrangements. Submitting the form is a booking request, not automatic confirmation. Payment arrangements follow the booking review; a secure payment link is provided when payment is required.
