These Service Standards & Fees explain how Limostar Chauffeur Cars manages common service situations, including airport waiting time, standard pickup waiting time, extra stops, overtime, parking, tolls and event conditions.
These Melbourne chauffeur service standards are designed to make each booking clear, predictable and fair for both passengers and Limostar Chauffeur Cars.
These standards apply to chauffeur services, Melbourne airport transfers, Avalon Airport transfers, private airport transfers, corporate transfers, private tours, group transfers and event transport provided by PC Home Pty Ltd under the registered business names Limostar Chauffeur Cars and Mei Tour.

Driver, vehicle and Booking Service Provider details may be checked through the CPV Public Register operated by Safe Transport Victoria.
If your quote, invoice or written booking confirmation includes different service terms, those written terms will apply to that booking.
All additional time and charges are subject to driver and vehicle availability. If a driver has another confirmed booking, extended waiting time or route changes may not always be possible.

Airport Pickups
For airport arrival pickups, please provide a valid flight number when booking. This helps us monitor flight arrival information where possible and arrange the pickup time more accurately.
Airport pickup waiting time is generally calculated from the actual flight landing time where a valid flight number has been provided.

Meet and greet arrangements, terminal meeting points, name signs and parking arrangements may vary depending on airport, terminal, vehicle type and booking conditions.
Flight Delays
Where a valid flight number is provided, Limostar Chauffeur Cars may monitor flight arrival information and adjust the airport pickup timing where possible.
If a flight is significantly delayed, diverted, cancelled, arrives much earlier than scheduled, or if incorrect flight details are provided, driver and vehicle availability cannot always be guaranteed.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, reschedule or reassign a driver where possible.
Standard Transfers
Standard point-to-point transfers are quoted based on a direct journey from the confirmed pickup location to the confirmed destination.
Standard transfers include Melbourne chauffeur service bookings such as home to airport, hotel to airport, office to meeting, restaurant pickup, corporate transfer, cruise transfer and private address pickup.

Waiting Time
Waiting time beyond the included allowance may be charged in 15-minute blocks, depending on vehicle type and booking type.

Extra waiting time is subject to driver and vehicle availability. If the driver cannot continue waiting due to another confirmed booking, the booking may be treated as a no-show after the included waiting time.
Extra Stops
A standard transfer quote is based on the route and stops confirmed at the time of booking.
Extra stops may be added where possible, subject to route, timing, passenger numbers, luggage and driver availability.
Additional stops may be charged from $20 per stop. If an extra stop significantly changes the route, travel time or service duration, additional charges may be based on the extra time and distance required.
Hourly Hire
Hourly chauffeur hire is suitable for business meetings, conferences, private appointments, VIP movements, events and flexible itineraries where the vehicle and driver are required for a set period.
Unless otherwise agreed, hourly hire bookings have a minimum hire period of 4 hours.
Hourly hire starts from the confirmed pickup time. The booked time includes passenger travel, waiting time between stops, local movements and any service time included in the confirmed itinerary.
Overtime is subject to driver and vehicle availability and may be charged in 30-minute blocks.
Private Tours
Private tours are quoted based on the itinerary, pickup location, destination, vehicle type, expected duration, passenger numbers and any special requirements.
Popular private tour destinations may include the Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Dandenong Ranges, Geelong and regional Victoria.
Changes to the tour itinerary, extra stops, extended waiting time or late return may result in additional charges.
Group Transfers
Group transfers may use Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Sprinter or other suitable vehicles depending on passenger numbers, luggage and service requirements.
Group transfer quotes are based on the confirmed number of passengers, luggage, pickup points, drop-off points, vehicle type and schedule.
Additional pickup or drop-off points may be charged from $20 per stop, or more where the route, travel time or vehicle schedule is significantly affected.
Customers should provide accurate passenger and luggage details before booking confirmation so the correct vehicle can be allocated.
Event Transport
Event transport includes major events, race days, concerts, sporting events, weddings, corporate functions, private functions and special access locations.
Event bookings may require earlier vehicle dispatch, traffic management, special pickup zones, driver waiting time, access permits, parking arrangements or coordination with event staff.
Major event bookings may have special pricing, stricter cancellation terms, minimum hire periods or non-refundable deposits. These terms will be confirmed in the quote or booking confirmation where applicable.
Parking, Tolls and Access Fees
Parking, airport parking, tolls, ferry charges, venue access fees, event permits or other third-party charges may be included in the quoted price or added separately, depending on the booking.
If these charges are not included in the quote, they may be added to the final invoice or charged after the service.
Child Seats
Child seats may be available on request and should be requested at the time of booking.
One child seat may be provided free of charge where available and confirmed in writing. Additional child seats may incur an extra fee.
Carrying multiple child seats may reduce available passenger seating or luggage space and can affect the driver’s next confirmed booking. Additional handling, storage or repositioning time may also be required between bookings.
Customers must provide accurate information about each child’s age, size and seating requirements. Child seat availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
If the number of passengers, luggage and child seats exceeds the safe capacity of the booked vehicle, a larger vehicle or an additional vehicle may be required and extra charges may apply.
Luggage
Luggage must fit safely within the booked vehicle. Customers should provide accurate luggage details when booking, especially for airport transfers, cruise transfers, group transfers and family travel.
Oversized luggage, sporting equipment, musical instruments, boxes, exhibition materials or large quantities of luggage should be disclosed before booking confirmation.
If luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, an additional vehicle, larger vehicle or revised quote may be required.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation and no-show rules are set out in our Melbourne Chauffeur Terms and Conditions and may vary depending on booking type, vehicle type, distance, timing and event conditions.
As a general guide, standard airport transfers and point-to-point bookings are more flexible than group transfers, private tours, hourly hire, major event transport and bookings requiring multiple vehicles.
A booking may be treated as a no-show if the passenger does not arrive within the included waiting time, cannot be contacted, provides incorrect pickup details, leaves the pickup location without contacting Limostar Chauffeur Cars, or fails to meet the driver at the agreed pickup point.

Contact During Pickup
If you cannot locate your driver, please contact Limostar Chauffeur Cars before leaving the pickup location.
Leaving the pickup location without contacting us may result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
For airport pickups, please keep your phone switched on after landing where possible, and contact us if you are delayed at baggage claim, customs, immigration or the meeting point.
