Where to meet your chauffeur at Melbourne Airport, how long we wait after your flight lands, and what to do if you cannot find each other.

60 minutes complimentary waitingYour chauffeur will meet you near the baggage carousel assigned to your arriving flight. The exact carousel and meeting point depend on Melbourne Airport's arrival arrangements at the time.
After landing
Keep your phone on and check the latest message from your chauffeur or LimoStar. Collect your luggage and look for your passenger or booking name near the assigned baggage carousel.
The 60-minute waiting period starts when the booked flight actually lands. Final instructions sent for your booking take priority if airport conditions change.

International Airport Meet & Greet
60 minutes complimentary waitingAfter immigration, baggage collection, customs and biosecurity, continue through the final exit into the public International Arrivals Hall. Your chauffeur will meet you near Hudsons.
The 60-minute waiting period starts when the booked flight actually lands.
T2 international · Step 1
Enter the public Arrivals Hall
After immigration, baggage collection and the final customs and biosecurity check, follow the exit into the public International Arrivals Hall. The large MELBOURNE wall is a useful landmark on the way out.
T2 international · Step 2
Meet near Hudsons
In the public Arrivals Hall, look right towards the Information Desk, currency exchange and Hudsons. Proceed towards Hudsons and look for your passenger or booking name.
Remain inside the terminal unless your booking message gives you a different meeting point.
Final instructions sent for your booking take priority if airport conditions change. After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting charges may apply. See Chauffeur Service Standards.

If You Cannot Find Your Chauffeur
- Stay at the confirmed terminal meeting point.
- Check your phone for a call or message from your chauffeur or LimoStar.
- Contact LimoStar before moving to another pickup area. Do not go to the taxi or rideshare rank.
Only travel with the pre-arranged chauffeur identified by LimoStar.
