Where to meet your chauffeur at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, airport arrival information, and what to do if you cannot find each other.

Before You Arrive

LimoStar uses the flight details supplied with your booking to help plan the chauffeur's airport arrival. Keep your phone on after landing in case updated instructions are sent.

  1. 01Keep the passenger mobile phone switched on after landing.
  2. 02Check your messages for the chauffeur's name, phone number and any updated meeting instructions.
  3. 03Collect all checked luggage before going to the meeting point.
  4. 04Look for a chauffeur holding a sign with the passenger or booking name.

Where to Meet Your Chauffeur

Domestic

Terminals 1, 3 & 4 — Domestic Arrivals

Qantas, Virgin Australia, Jetstar & Rex

Please let your chauffeur know if you are travelling with carry-on luggage only.

After leaving your gate, proceed to the ground-floor baggage claim area.

  • Go to your designated baggage carousel and collect your luggage.
  • Look for your chauffeur near the carousel, wearing a black suit and holding a meeting sign with your name or booking name.

International

Terminal 2 — International Arrivals

Clear immigration and customs and collect all checked luggage.

  • You will enter the public arrivals hall through Gate A or Gate B.
  • Proceed to the area near the Information Desk and Hudsons Coffee.
  • Look carefully for your chauffeur wearing a black suit and holding a meeting sign with your name or booking name.
  • Do not go to the taxi or rideshare rank.

Travel safely

Important Information

All airport arrivals include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time.
Additional waiting time may be charged after the complimentary period.
Only travel with the pre-arranged chauffeur identified by LimoStar.
Do not accept a ride from anyone offering transport inside the terminal.

If You Cannot Find Your Chauffeur

  1. Stay inside the terminal at the agreed meeting point.
  2. Check your phone for a call or message from your chauffeur or LimoStar.
  3. Do not move to a taxi, rideshare or public pick-up zone.
  4. If you still cannot locate your chauffeur, call, SMS or WhatsApp +61 402 463 301.
